Samira Chatila is a researcher and a project manager at the Centre for Lebanese Studies. She graduated from the American University of Beirut with a B.S. degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences. She recently pursued a M.A. degree in Education at the Lebanese American University. Her passion for research is what inspired her career choice. In her free time, she enjoys writing about things that influence her as a person. Aside from research and writing, Samira is a kickboxer at the Shadow Fighters fight club in Beirut, Lebanon and is certified by the Lebanese Federation of Kickboxing Sports (LFKS).
