
Nayla Khodr Hamadeh is the President of the Lebanese Association for History (LAH) which she cofounded in 2013. Mrs. Hamadeh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (1987) and a Master of Arts in Educational Foundations and Policy Studies from the American University of Beirut (1993). Her work focuses on history and citizenship education with the aim of enhancing the role of education in building sustainable peace. In the past few years, she has participated in a number of global programs and conferences to promote this cause:
