The book comprehensively analyses whether a State may be held responsible for environmental damage resulting from its wrongful conduct in international armed conflicts. It examines two cases of damage to land, sea and air pollution during Israel’s 2006 war on Lebanon, and the fate of land, water and quarries in Palestine.
