مها شعيب هي مديرة مركز الدراسات اللبنانية منذ العام 2012 ومحاضرة مشاركة في كلية التربية في جامعة كامبريدج. كانت سابقاً زميلة أولى في كلية سانت أنتوني في جامعة أكسفورد. حصلت مها على شهادة دكتوراه في التعليم من جامعة كامبريدج. هي عضو مؤسس والرئيسة السابقة للجمعية اللبنانية لغاية اليوم. وهي أيضًا عضو مؤسس في مركز الإعاقة، ألا وهي مبادرة جماعية تهدف إلى تعزيز البحث والمناصرة حول الإعاقة في العالم العربي.
يركز بحث مها على علم المجتمع وسياسة التعليم ، وخاصة على الإنصاف والمساواة في التعليم ، وآثار عدم المساواة على الفئات المهمشة كالأطفال اللاجئين والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. تركز اهتماماتها البحثية أيضًا على المناهج وإصلاح التعليم في لبنان. نشرت مها العديد من المنشورات في مجال التعليم.
