Dr. Peter El Hajj is a strategic infrastructure advisor at KPMG and a leader in the use of technology to enhance outcomes from the built environment and cities. Peter is a civil engineer by training with a PhD in data-driven asset management. His expertise includes infrastructure finance, smart cities, and systems thinking.

He has authored a number of publications on these topics and was the Programme Lead for the UK’s National Digital Twin Programme, a government-endorsed initiative hosted at the University of Cambridge.

In addition to his work at KPMG, Peter is an Advisory Board member at the Connected Places Catapult, a Future Leader at the Foundation for Science and Technology, and a regular speaker at industry events and universities.
