She earned her first Ph.D. in Teacher Education from Nottingham University, followed by a second Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management from Lebanese University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry.

Samar’s professional experience includes working as a consultant with CERD, an expert with AUF, and a trainer with CLS. Through her work, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to the field of education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educators and students.
